1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your verifi.email subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and using the cancellation option, or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period
- You will lose access to the service at the end of your current billing period
2. Refund Policy
verifi.email offers the following refund policy:
Monthly Subscriptions
Due to the nature of our digital services, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within this period, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
API Usage Credits
Prepaid API credits and pay-as-you-go usage fees are non-refundable once the API has been used. Unused API credits will expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@verifi.email with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant order or transaction IDs
We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.
4. Declined or Disputed Charges
If your payment is declined or you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
- You will remain responsible for any outstanding charges
- Additional fees may be incurred for disputed charges that are found to be legitimate
5. Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service interruptions or downtime, we may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds or service credits. The amount of such refunds or credits will be determined based on the duration and severity of the interruption.
